Boseker VS. Boseker.\ divorce case was filed this morning with the cljrk of the courts by Martha E. Bosek^r against her husband, Claud E Boseker. The petition as it was presented to the court specifies that the couple were married in August, 1901, and that j out of this union there have come two children, aged IX and S Tears, respectively. On the grounds of non-support the wife asks the court to grant to her absolute divorce, to give to her the custody of the children, and to allow to her temporary and permanent alimony The ease is presented through Attorney Emmett B Everett.
