A Regular Morman. The divorce case of Surber vs Surber came up before special Judge Little, the latter part of last week, and Mrs. Surber was granted a divorce. The couple were married about three years ago and have two children. About a year ago he went to Iowa and without taking the trouble to secure a divorce, married again. Mrs. Surber No. 1 heard of the second marriage and went out there to investigate the rumor and found him and Mrs. Surber No. 2 living happlily together. The two wives compared marriage licenses and their ire rose over such duplicity and they had him arrested and put in jail. Later he was tried for bigamy and sent to the penitentiary.
