He makes affidavit that since Mr marriage he lias always conducted .hlmbelf properly and has endeavored to support his family aa he should.. He alleges that at. the present time lift has three children to support and the plaintiff has two of her own and has in custody a minor child of the plaintiff:ind defendant about five months * old. liestates. that her leaving Ms .house was a matter wholly her o\vn alt;*t without any fault of his. -The only reason lie - con assign for her unwarranted action was that, he'objected to his wife’s daughler by a former husband walking the streets at a late and unreasonable hour at night. He says that he was supporting- this'daughter sind likewise a son of his wife who is between seven and eight years of age. Because or bl« objection stated, he claims his wife became angered and left his home and began lhe action for divorce. He says that he has been an electrical worker, for the past twelve years and for the past four years He has not only supported himself and his three children by n former wife, but has supported the plaintiff and her two. children by |a former husband. He claims that his wife has left him or started toleave Mm on frequent occasions before and when her anger was allayed she would come to him and beg to be taken back.
