She says that lie is an electrician and Is capable of earning $2.f0 a day. but he has become addicted to the excessive useof liquor and been cruel and inhuman in his treatment of her. They have a daughter five months of ago. She asks for a divorce, the custody of the. child and *20 a monlh alimony.
