A business meeting was held by the Evangelical Women of Sawyer Evangelical Church recently in the church.Mrs. Winifred Cotton, newly elected president, conducted the meeting with 22 members present.Reports were given by Mrs. Elizabeth Burkhouse, Mrs. Chester Glover, Mrs. Bonnie Titus and Mrs. Fred Grove.An announcement was made the Rev. Charles Lake, representative from the Oriental Missionary Society, will be speaking here in April.A program on Brazil was presented by Miss Betty Eid-son, Mrs. Gary Kroh and Mrs. Raymond Yonker.Hostesses were Mrs. James Rudesill, Mrs. Bernice Confer and Mrs. Chester Glover. Tables were decorated in the Easter theme with Easter egg trees.
