Marriage Ended In SutterJudge Richard Schoenig in Sutter County Superior Court yesterday dissolved the marriage of Roberta Stanton and Edgar W. Stanton III on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.There are no children of the marriage. The couple married Aug. 15, 1955, in Idaho and separated Feb. 24, 1969.The issue at the two - day trial was community propertv. The main provisions are that Stanton pay his ex - wife, on the filing of the final decree, $13,500, plus $125 a month for a total of 122 months. The total payment is $28,750.Of the rest of their community property, she gets furniture and furnishings, bank accounts, a 1967 automobile,a retirement fund, savings and a credit union account. He gets personal property, rifles,shotguns, pistols, bank accountsand the assets of his engineering firm.Her separate property includes a house in Yuba City, stocks and insurance. His separate property included household items, hunting equipment, cameras, bank accounts, land at Live Oak, stocks, life insurance and an engineering firm. She was ordered to assume an $11,000 debt of her own.The trial began Tuesday and concluded yesterday.
