Fannie Johnson was divorced from William Johnson on the ground of cruelty and failure to provide. This is Fannie’s third ca-e in the courts- During the term of the circuit court just closed twenty*one divorces were granted, one divorce case dismissed, and nine go over on the docket lor trial at the next term of the court
