—Rather a remarkable case has developed at Terre Haute by the filing of the suit of Anthony Fuller vs. Ale via J. Fuller, for divorce. Fuller lives south of Terre Haute on a farm, and during a visit to the city recently he discovered that he was the husband of two women. The affair came about in this way: In 1865 Fuller brought suit in the Clark County, Illinois, courts, for divorce from his wife, Alcvia. For some reason the case was dismissed from court, but Fuller’s lawyer told him that the divorce had been granted and collected a fee. Fuller married a few years later and is now the father of several children by his second wife. As soon as he discovered his predicament he at once instituted divorce proceedings against his first wife, who now turns up as a defiant disturber of the peace.
