Some time ago Berges Pendleton was arrested and placed in jail on a grand jury warrant, charging him with contempt of court, in failing to comply with requests of the court in a divorce which had been granted him. The case was called in court Saturday and dismissed by JudgeBuckingham, and Pendleton'returnedto his home in Washington township, where, as Arthur Girton would sav. all the erood men reside.
