Christian M. Housour, of Nap-panee, by his attorney, Lou W. Vail of Goshen, has filed suit in the Elkhart circuit court asking divorce from Louisa Housour. The complaint sets forth that the parties were married March 6, 1904, and they lived at Nappa-nee in property in which his wife held a life lease. That they separated May 23, 1907, his wife ordering him to leave the premises. He charges that his wife refuses to live with him, or permit him to return to her home.
