WANTS DIVORCEWife Of Huron Man Alleges Adultery And Cruel Treatment.ASKS ALIMONY AND SUPPORTMaud Sutton, by her attorneys Giles Doman, has filed a suit for a divorce from Warren Sutton.The complaint says they were married Jan/ 10th. 1904, and separated Jan. 27th, 1909; and accuses the defendant of adultery with Maude York and others, with intoxication, and with assault and battery on plaintiff. Plaintiff says that defendant is an able bodied man worth $600 or $800, who conducts a livery business at Huron, Ind., and asks $300 alimony artd support for herself and two children, Noble aged 4 years, and Madge aged 2 years, whose custody she desires.
