POLICE COURT NEWS.Gilbert Porter and C. E. BashArrested for Fighting.Gilbert Porter, colored, and C. E. Bash were arrested Monday morning by Officer Wissmar on a charge of fighting. Porter keeps a peanut stand in East Main street. Bash is an East Main street barber. The fight was the result of personal matters, said to have been made public by Bash. Bash was considerably scratched about the face but otherwise neither of the combatants were injured. They were taken before Mayor Bell who fined each man $3 and costs.
