Petition for partition and sale of real estate.ofThe plaintiffs in the above entitled cause have filed their complaint therein, together with their affidavit that the defendants, LeRoy R. Sanford and May Sanford, are non-residents of the State of Indiana, and that said suit is brought for the purpose of obtaining an order for the partition and sale of certain real estate, situate in Union county, in the State of Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit:The north half of the southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 11, North of Range 1 west. And also a part of the southwest quarter of said Section, beginning at the northwest corner of the quarter last aforesaid and running thence south forty (40) rods; thence east one hundred and sixty (160) rods; thence north forty (40) rods; thence west one hundred sixty (160) rods to the place of beginning, containing one hundrec twenty (120) acres more or less, anc that said defendants are proper and necesary parties to said suit.Now, therefore, the said defendants LeRoy R. Sanford and May Sanford are each hereby notified of the pendency of said suit and that the same will be called for trial on the 8th day of April, 1918, the same being the seventh judicial day of the April term 1918, of said court, to be held in the court house in the Town of Liberty in Union county, in the State of In diana on the 1st day of April, 1918 at which time the said defendants are required to answer or demur to said complaint, or the same will be heard and determined in their ab senceIN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, this, the 1st day o February, 1918.THOS.
