NOTICE.Iluunnli Calhoon | vs. VAlexander Calhoon. jrilllE said Alexander Cnlhoon. of rhe city of 1 Umioville. in (lie .State of Kentucky, is notified that the said Hannah Calhoon did, on the 7th day of January, 186*2, file her petition in the Clerks office of the Court of Common Pleus within and for the county of Memo, and State of Ohio, charging the said Alexander Calhoon with extreme cruelty, and praying that an injunction be allowed for alimony; and asking that upon the final hearing o. said cause, that she may be divorced from the said Alex-under Calhoon; which petition will stand for hearing at the June 1'erm of said Court, to be holden at Pomeroy, in 1862.Du ted this 4th day of Mnrch. 1802.N. fit P.
