Davis, residing at New \ Brighton, in the State of Pennsylvania, .will take notice that on the 15th day of February, A. D., 1909, the plaintiff, Hugh C. Davis, filed his petition in the Court I of Common Pleas of Jefferson county, Ohio, being cause number 9434 on the docket of said Court, against the above named defendant, praying for divorce from said Elizabeth M. Davis, defendant 'p in said action, on the grounds of wilful n absence by the said Elizabeth M. Davis A from him for more than three years, and ti for gross neglect of duty on the part of p paid Elizabeth M.
