—Sarah J. Vierheilig ban filed a petition iu the district court for a divorce from her husband George W. Vierheilig, on the grounds of habitual drunkenness. They were married iu Montrose November 22, 1008, and lived together until May II, 1004. The plaintiff is now a resident of Fort Madison.
