Hattie alleges that they wore marriod in November, 1881), but have not lived together since January, 1892; that Harry,or ’And-some’Arry, as hois familiarly known,, refused to provide food and clothing for herself and their heir, Master Edward Miller, and that she has always had a hand to hand conflict with the gaunt wolf while Harry was living on the fat of the land and having a good time traveling over the country with the Ben Hur Company, Hattie further avers that hir husband is not a fit person to have the care and custody of the chiid and asks the court that it be given unto the keeping of her mother, Mary Corey, and that she be granted her maiden name and privileges.
