Wife Leaves Home, Husband Files For iuorce In 24 Hours, Less than 24 hours after she left home, remarking that she would never return, Mrs* Annie Whittredge, was named defendant in a petition for divorce, filed Tuesday In common pleas court, by William Whittredge.The plaintiff states that he was married to the defendant in Tima, Dec. 2, 19 23, and that no children were horn to the union. His wife left home Monday, saying that she would never come back. During their married life, the defendant make remarks about the plaintiff's children by a former marriage, much to his humiliation, he alleges.In another divorce suit filed Tuesday, Mrs. .Louise Good accuses her husband of gross neglect of duty, She alleges her husband failed to pay the doctor bill at the time of the birth of a child, and that she was compelled to meet the obligation. Recently ho refused to call a physician when the child was ill. She asks for a divorce, custody of the child and reasonable alimony.
