In ttie District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Sanders.Cora Elphick, plaintiff,* vs.William Elphick, defendant.The State of Montana to the Above Named Defendant, Greeting:You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you and to file your answer and serve a copy I hereof upon the plaintiffs attorney within twenty days after the service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint.This is an action to secure from defendant a decree of divorce for plaintiff upon the grounds of desertion, and praying for the custody of the five minof children born of said marriage, as will more fully appear from the complaint on file in the above entitled court.Witness my hand and the seal of said court this 16th day of February, A.
