Non-Resident Notice.The State of Indiana, Cass County, ss: In the Circuit Court of Cass County, State of Indiana, January Term, A. D., 1917.Minnie L. Farrer vs. Truman A. Far-rer. Complaint for Divorce.Be it known that on the 15th day of December, in the year 1916, the above named plaintiff, by her attorney, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Cass Circuit Court, her complaint against the defendant in the above entitled cause, together with an affidavit of a competent person that said defendant Truman A. Farrer, is not a resident of the State of Indiana. That said action is a complaint for divorce^Said defendant is therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him and that unless - he appear and answer or demur thereto, at the calling of said cause at the Court House in the City of Logansport, Cass County, and State of Indiana, on the 16th day of April, 1917, said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged, will be heard and determined in his absence.•Witness, the Clerk and Seal of said court this 23rd day of February, 1917.
