CHICAGO (API — Chicago Bears Coach Neill Armstrong has plucked one of his co-workers from the Minnesota Vikings to help him handle his new job.On Tuesday, the Bears hired James “Buddy Ryan, an assistant coach with the Vikings the last two years, as defensive coordinator. He will coach linebackers in addition to coordinating the entire defense of the National Football League team.
