Two Court Actions Dismissed by JudgeEntries were filed Monday in Common Pleas Court dismissing two previously filed actions, one for divorce and one for money.The divorce action of Marilyn Graham, by her next friend. Anna Simmons, against Nathan G. Graham, was dismissed without prejudice to another action, and ithe action for money by Larry Loyd of McArthur against Harold Matthews of Athens was dismissed after an agreement of the parties settling the cause.
