Leon Setzler, Bellevue, is suing for divorce in common pleas court here. He charges gross neglect of duty.Mrs. Setzler, plaintiff avers, has repeatedly accused him of associating with other women, and, in fits of temper, has tossed articles of household furnishing at him.The parties were married Feb. 2, 1925.
