ASKS DIVORCE, CUSTODYPetition for divorce, injunction and child custody was filed in common pleas court by Margaret J. Faulhaber, a minor, through her mother, Elsie Fitzpatrick, Sandusky, against James Myron Faulhaber, 503 Huron-av, on grounds of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. Parties, marriedlast September, have one infant child whose custody and support are sought by the mother. Mrs. Faulhaber, represented by George j C. Steinemann, was granted a temporary court order to enjoin the defendant from abuse and interference.
