Lav/ford, residence, unknown to the value of one hundred dollars; and summon the said defendant (if he may be found within your precinct), to appear before our Justice of the Superior Court next to be holden at Ellsv/orth, within and for our said County of Hancock on the second Tuesday of September, 1957; then and ther■'etorv,ins-m our said Court r/er unto Georgia E. Lavr-. ford of Bar Harbor in said 1 County, in a libel for divorce wherein the libelant alleges that she was married to said libelee at Said Bar Harbor in the State ofMaine on the eighteenth day of April 1940; that the said libelant and libelee cohabited in this State after their said marriage; that the libelant resided in this State when the cause of divorce accrued as hereinafter set forth; and had resided here in good faith one year prior to the date hereof; that libelant has ever been faithful to her marriage obligations, but that the said libelee has been unmindful of the same; that on the loth■day of July 1943 he utterly deserted the libelant without reasonable cause and has continued said desertion for three consecutiveyears next- prior to the filing o?this libel.That there is no collusion between the libelant and the libelee to obtain a divorce.That three children have been born to them during their said marriage, now living, viz: Sadie G. Lawford, age 17 Edward H. Lawford, age 14 Francis E.
