Pearl Patton was before Judge Pettit Monday morningfor contempt. Ruth Patton was given a divorce and custody of children from Pearl Patton in January term of court and defendant ordered to pay the sum of $35 on or before 30 days, which he failed to do. He was committed to Hocking county jail until this amount is paid.
