Wife Packed Up and Left.In an action filed by Ballou Hoffman In the superior court today George D. Guenther seeks a divorce from Martha M. Guenther. He sets forth in his complaint that they were married September 11 1904, and lived together until February 14, 1906 that on the latter day while he was absent from home at his work the wife packed up the household belongings, sold them or gave them to friends and neighbors and left the city; that he has not since heard from her, but that he has learned from other sources that she is now living with her parents at Sneath, Montana. He asserts that Mrs. Guenther deserted him without cause, and that she took with her their child, then one year old, and that he has not since been permitted to see the little one.
