Bohr.Now comes the plaintiff, by John Burns, her attorney, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant Edward B. Bohr, is not a resident of the state of Indiana.Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless he be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Blackford circuit court to be holden on the 2nd Monday of Ocotber A. D. 1913, at the court house in Hartford City, in said county and state, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and gjietermined in his absence.In witness whereof, I hereunto set ^my hand and affix the seal of saidcourt, at Hartford City this 9th day of June A.
