WOMAN ASKSFOR DIVORCEWilliam McCombs got drunk every time he had enough money to buy liquor.At least that’s wliat Mrs. Mary McCombs charged today in a di- j vorce action filed in Hammond Superior court in which she also asks restoration of her maiden j name, Mary Pemberton. IThe complaint cites that McCombs j refused to work and that he waited j until his wife earned enough money | to provide him with drinking funds. ! Then he went on another spree. The defendant is also charged with beating his wife with a chair on Tuesday when they decided to call it quits.Attorney E. D. Brandenburg is counsel for the plaintiff.
