Txi riSAYS HUSBAND HASMISSPENT $100,000Mrs Hennessey Sues For Arrears Due HerSALEM, June 12—A petition in equity has been brought In the Probate Court here by Mrs Elizabeth H. Hennessey of Lynn against her husband, Lester B. Hennessey, also against J. D. A. Healey and Patrick OXoughlin, trustees under the will of the late Augustus A. Hennessey. The petition states that the peti- j I tioner is living apart from her husband | I and has brought a petition In the Pro-1 bate Court, alleging desertion and failure to provide on his part.There are no children,'and the court, on Feb 2 last, made a temporary order that the husband pay $10 forthwith and$40 per week until further order of the court, but he has only made one payment, a lump sum of $509, after contempt proceedings had been brought and he was ordered to pay or stand committed. He is now in arrears $240 under the original order.Lester B. Hennessey is one of three children of the late Augustus A. Hennessey, who left an estate of $500,000.* The petitioner says that ever *ince the death of his father the defendant has abandoned all 'business and lawful employment and has received from the sale of his interest in his father’s business nearly $100,000 and has dissipated this fortune in idleness and riotous living.The petitioner asks that a special master be appointed to sell the right, title and interest of Lester B. Hennessey in the property left to him in trust under the will of his father to pay petitioner any arrears due her, and that meantime an injunction issue against any conveyance or mortgaging of the interest of Lester B.
