Alleging that her husband has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment, Mary Chandler has filed suit for divorce from Andrew Chandler, to whom she was married in April, 1919. She says Andrew refused to furnish her with the necessities of life. There is one child and Mrs. Chandler asks the court to give her its custody and that Chandler pay it an allowance of $5 weekly.
