After 25 years of married life and the birth, of seven children, divorce is -imminent between Elizabeth C. Cousins and Cornelius Cousins. The ormer is the plaintiff in the suit just filed and claims that her husband is an habitual drunkard andgiven to the practice of raising disturbances about the house, cursing and threatening her. She asks that the Lorain County bank be restrained from paying him his money which la on deposit there.
