COMPLAINT FOE DIYOECE.QTATE OF INDIANA, CASS COUNTY, SS.: O In the Circuit Court of Cass county, in the State of Indiana, September term, A. D,*187G.Mary S. Chase No. 2,270. vs.Abel S. Chase.Complaint for Divorce.Be it known, That on this oth day of June, in the year 1876, the above named plaintiff, by her attorney, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Cass Circuit Court her complaint against saidde* fendant in the above entitled cause together with au affidavit of a competent person that said defendant, Abel S. Chase, is not a resident of the State of Indiana.Said defendant, Abel S. Chase, is therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him, and that unless he be and appear and answew or demur thereto at the calling ot said cause on the second day of the next term of said court, to be begun and held at the Court House in Logansport on the first Monday in September, 1876, said complaint and the matters and things therein coniained and alleged will be heard and determined in his absence.,—A—.
