Boy Drowned.—We learn that a Norwegian boy about 7 years old, was drowned in the river, near B. Jones Co’s saw mill, oo Sunday last. It is supposed that he was attempting to imitate the reckless daring of older boys, in treading on the .treacherous saw logs in the boom, and. as rinight be expected, was precipitated into ithe water, probably striking his head in ‘falling. The body was recovered yesterday •morning, and will be buried to-day.
