Sum for Divorce—Charging that hei husband was constantly quarreling:. nagging and cursing her, Mrs. Ann Betor filed suit for divorce from Castle Betor in district court yesterday. She asks custody of a 10-vear-old son and «n allowance of $75 per month for the support of herself and child. $60 for costs 'of the suit and $100 for attorney’s fees. Mrs. Betor alleges the defendant has been guilty of extreme cruelty in causing her great mental suffering by his conduct. She asserts he frequently threatened to beat her and repeatedly aasaulted her. They were married in Helena July 28, 1927.
