Their domestic relations have been strained to a dangerous tension for some time and the action for abrogation of the marital contract is not surprising to those having knowledge of their affairs.The complaint alleges that plaintiff and defendant were marriedApril 27, 1870, and that one child was born to them in 1881 ; that defendant had two sons by a former husband which this plaintiff has raised to the estate of useful manhood so that they are now earning jointly $21 per week. That although earning this handsome sum they utterly refuse to turn any of it in toward the support of the family, and lt;that the mother justifies them in this i course. Complaint furthermore sets i out that defendant is jealous of plaintiff and has been for seven i years, accusing him very unjustly of ; associating with other women, which i feeling has lead to an estrangement between them. Plaintifi asks for nothing except a divorce, generously i allowing defendant to keep their child if it is her wish. '
