While the court of this county was giving consideration to the application which Thomas F. Kehs. of New Hanover Township, had filed for a divorce from his wife, Kajte V. Kehs, on the ground of desertion, the marriage was unexpectedly dissolved by death, the respondent havi ig died suddenly cn June 2d last. Just 6 years to the day of the marriage which to her had evidently become undesirable.The petition and statement of tae husband had already been fcturd by the maater who had been appointed by the court, and the mattei had been duly argued at a recent setting of thy court, and the court was just about to act on the papers at hand, when the death of the wife ensued.The wife had left the homo of her husband in New Hanover township In November, following a three years married life, and the only reason 9et forth for her deserting the home that had been provided for her by the buubaml wi s that her mother wanted her, (Mrs. Kehs) to come to »ie new home the mother had arranged for but the mother did not desire to have her son-ludaw in the place. Hetween thy two homes the wife finally chose the one of her mother in Sas-sa nans v ille.In passing upon the mattei the court in dismissing the proceedings, slated that as there was no question before the court other than the dissolution of the marriage and that as this had been dissolved by the hand of God tbvure was nothing for the ccurt to do iu the matter and that the petition had thus been ended without any legal action l earing thereon
