Cousins of Eaton has asked the courts to grant her ‘a- divorce from her husband, Cornelius Cousins, whom she alleges has been an habitual drunkard for the past three years. She claims he has not supported her or the two youngest of eight children for some time past although lie has ample means toprovide for them.She further 'alleges that one one occasion he pointed a shot gun at her and threatened to blow her head off and that she is in fear he will injure her and the minor childrenunless restrained from so doing, bythe court. The Lorain County Banking company is restrained from allowing him to secure certain sale notes which ‘are at present locked in its safety deposit vaults.The couple were married in 1881 at Eaton, Ohio.i
