The divorce suit of Laura Collins vs. John Collins ended yesterday with judgment for the defendant on the ground of adultery. The defendant hail defaulted, probably in the hope that his wife would secure the divorce, and when the court intimated that there was no ground for judgment for the plaintiff, he appeared, had the default set aside and filed a cross complaint on which he was granted the decree. Mrs. Collins was awarded the custody of the minor child Marguerite and Collins the custody of the minor child Bessie.
