Twenty-four Are on Docket. Twelve Contested and Twelve Union tested—The Setting. All ex parte divorcee cases filed for the June term and those which have been continued from other terms, will be heard by Judge Fred G. Wolfe of the circuit court court Thursday of this week, ac cording to his annouuncement Mon day morning. There are twenty-four cases in all —twelve new ones and twelve con tinued. Of these, seven will beon tested. They are Charles Heitz vs. Stella F. Heitz, Mary Elizabeth Toepping vs. Bernard J. Poepping, Nola Muegee vs. Laurence W. Muegge, Mamie Rustis. Benjamin Rust, Mary Lenger vs. Charles Lenager, Violet Ploughe vs. Fred Plouzghe and Irene S. White vs. Lawrence D. White. One case, that of Elmer Harting, vs. Flora Har tune, will not be heard until the September term. Order continued and new divorce cases which will be heard Thursday, are, Continuances: Dora Dean Ferguson vs. William Price Ferguson: Juston Cassel vs. Alonzo Cassel: Olive A. Liley vs. Clyde Liley; Kate Malone vs. Floyd Malone; Roy Boss vs. Mable Boss: Grace Fancher vs. Roy Fancher: Elizabeth Batton vs. Major Batton: George Fierge vs. Mildred A Fierge. New Cases. Mollie Hagerman vs. William Hagerman; Cora Allen vs. John Al len; Delia Jennings vs. John Jen nings: Mattie Calvin vs. Charles Calvin; William Kirkpatrick vs. Minnie Kirkpatrick; Gertrude An selme vs. Frank Anselme; Ellen A. Ruths vs. Leonard J. Ruths. Fred Moore vs. Marie Moore. The other cases set—Harvey Pot ter, charged with violation of the prohibition law, and Herman Peiper, charged with a like offense ,were continued, four Cases for Tuesday. Four cases are on the setting for trial Tuesday. The first one is the People VE. Anthony Badamo, charged with assuming a corporate name. The Red Top Cab company claims that Badamo has been run king taxis under the name of “Red Top”. Tena Cooper must show cause why she violated the law by telling fortunes, as charged by the state, and William Wetherby must £ 919 iial on the accusation of abandoning his child. The third case is that of the People vs. Steve Matone, alleged bootlegger, The Jury. The jury which will hear the cases is composed of Robert Chap man, Curtis Lawrence, Willis Whit comb, Oltman Schoene, James Gar rison, George Thnen, Charles Barnard, Charles Baird, Herald Scott, Fred Deeter, George Wil liams, Oliver ©. Felsman,A. J. Gneckow, J. Keffern, E. Becker, Richard Lyons, John Stroup, Fred Tansman, Charles Mitchell, Lyle P. Dennis, L. F. Hemme, George Mil bert and James Ferguson, Edward Larimore and Harry O. Ripple were excused from serving. No service could be gotten on Thad Burke, who was one of the original twenty-four drawn.
