Fi finger Thursday, uncontested.The decree wno given on grounds of gross neglect and extreme cruelty. Byington withdrew his contest to the action. Mrs. Byington was given custody of the four children.Alimony and property rights were fixed by private agreement. The couple was married in 190S.Attorneys Moyer Webster represented Mrs. Byington and Krueger Rosino the interests of Byington.
