Wisf*, »against Action for Divorce.Matthew Wise. *BE it remembered. that on this 10th day of June, IP54, Mary E. Wise filed in the Clerk's office ot said Court her complaint for divorce against Matthew Wise; and it appearing by the affidavit of a disinter ested person, that said Matthew Wise is not a resident of the State of Indiana at this lime; lie is therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said action, and that unless he appear, either in person or by attorney, a.id plead, an*-w« r, or demur to said complaint, on or leio e the first day of the next term of the Jefferson Circuit Court, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.Given under my band at Madison, this 10th day or June, 1854 JOHN G.
