NEW ENDURANCE FLIGHT WILL OPEN AT FULLERTON SATURDAYAnother Orange county airplane endurance flight, aimed at smashing both the 22-day land plane record and the 30-day seaplane record, will begin Sunday, June 23, at Fullerton municipal airport, with the Fullerton Junior Chamber of Commerce as sponsors, it was announced today.__Troy Colboch, operator of the ^ refuejjng crew for the new airport and one of the two menwho attempted an endurance flight at the Eddie Martin airport last year without success, again is at the helm of the attempt although he will not be in the plane, himself, according to Dave Clark, flight news chairman for the junior chamber.Flans CompletedAccording to Clark, Lloyd Colboch, 21, nephew of Troy, and member of the refueling crew when the attempt was made here, and Dick Hall, 23, half-own-71flight attempt.The endurance plane, a new Taylorcraft, similar to the one used by Troy Colboch and Jerry Keeley, on the attempt here, will be equipped with a larger-than-usual fuel tank—50 gallons capacity. The larger tank will permit the plane to continue flying uninterruptedly between 7 p. m. and 11 a. m., according to Clark, and, in case of fog, refuelings can be made at Palm Springs or atMuroc Dry lake.
