DISTRICT COURT OPENED TODAYA term of the fifth judicial district court for Chaves county began at nine o'clock this morning with Geo. W. Hay, Judge of the Sixth District, sitting for Judge G. A. Richardson.Most of the day was taken up with an order to show cause in the case of Paz Moya vs. Domitillia Marez Moya. The first case on call was that of James Shaw, commissioner of banking of the state of Texas, vs. the Board of Education at New Hobbs. This ’Case was adjourned until this afternoon. This Lea county case and four others from Lea county, were scheduled for today.
