K, Everett’s eourt. are true.David H. Bradley declared in one of the pleadings that bis wife, Ruth May Bradley, left him three years ago and has not been at home since that time. He set forth that they were married in Kenton April 24, 1317, and that no children were born.The same charge of willful absence was made tn the other petition, which came from Mrs Florence Irene Highland and named Alvin Dears Highland as defendant. She related they were wed Sept. 20, lS-0, and that she is the mother of a 13-year-old daughter by a former marriage In addition to her husband's absence, she declared, he ha*? been guilty of gross neglect since theirmarriage
