K, Everett’s court, are true,David R. Bradley declared in one of the pleadings that bis wife. Ruth May Bradley, left him three years ago arid has not been ac home since that time. He set forth that they were married in Kenton April 24, 1917, and that no children were born.The same chance of willful absence was made in the other petition, which came from Mr Florence Irene Highland and named Alvin Dean Highland as defendant. She related they were wed Sept. 20, lS-0, and that she Is the mother of a tS-year-old daughter by a former marriage In addition to her husband's absence, she declared, he halt;s bo*«n guilty of sross neglect since their marriage
