ASKING A DIVORCE.Married in Oskaloosa— Lived Together Thirteen Days.Albia Republican: The married life ; of John and Mary Fedro was of the short trad snappy sort according to a petition that has been filed by John. The petition 'states the couple were married in Oskaloosa on February 2, 1903, 'and thirteen days later the bride deserted the plaintiff and he States witjhout any excuse-or cause whatever. He]'states he has repeatedly urged her to' come back to the home but she refuses. Some two years ago she filed an action for divorce in the courts of Mahaska county and at the time set forth certain matters in a plea for alimony that were not proven and the divorce was denied at that time. Now John thinks he has worn the yoke long enough and asks for the legal separa tlon. \
