IGrant Divorces In Uncontested, Contested CasesTwo women. Dorothy E. Vienola, 40, of Oshkosh, and Bernice K. Stuck, 39, of the Town of Me-nasha, have been granted divorces by County Judge Herbert J. Mueller on charges of cruel and inhuman treatment, f Mrs. Vienola was divorced from 1 Thomas W. Vienola. 39, of Oshkosh. She received care and custody of their two minor children. $109 a month support, $10 a month alimony. the auto and household furniture. She is to pay a balance of $500 due a credit union.The Vienolas were married in Iron River. Mich., in October. 1940. and separated Jan. $, this year.Mrs. Vienola was represented by Ally. William Gengler in the uncontested 'action and Ally, James G. Sarres represented the state as divorce* counsel.Mrs. Stuck was granted a contested divorce from Matthew A. Stuck, 39, of the Town of Me-nasha. Division of property is to be. determined by a written decision of Judge Mueller. Mrs. Stuck received care and custody of their six children and S50 a week support. The husband received the auto.The Stocks were married in Horton ville in 1940.Mrs. Stuck was represented by the firm of Sigman. Sigman Shiff of Applclcn and the husband by Attv. Alien B. Adams of Me-nasha.
