Sues For Divorce Julia Booth, 247 South Seventh Street, has filed suit in common pleas court against Elzle Booth, for divorce and custody of children. They were married May 28, 1923. Booth is accused of extreme cruelty in that he abused her and deserted her in February 1926. W„ D, Downer, attorney for plaintiff.
