A Husband Who W««n a Divorce I*Knocked Down by Hi* Brother-ln-JLaw.The case of Baltzell vs. Baltzell, whioh has been on trial In the Divorce Coart for several days past, has excited a good deal of bad feeling among the parties. The husband is the applicant, and some of the witnesses oalled on his aide testified to faots not flattering to Mrs.Baltzell’s character. Her brother, a big bruls-er named Tom Booso, after having brooded over these matters, and taken several drinks, decided to have revenge, and after the adjournment of Court posted himself in the hall to await the coming of his brother-in-law. No sooner had that individual appeared than Mr. Booso went for him and knocked him down. He would have proceeded to further indignities bsd it not been for the interference of the muscular Deputy 8herlff, Hornberger, who seized on the pugnacious brotber-in-law and carried him off to Jail. Yesterday morning he was arraigned before Judge Cox, who, in consideration of the respectability of the parties and the complainant’s request for leniency, imposed a fine of the costs, only, without further imprisonment.
